3rd Battalion is under the command of Lieut. Col. Bob Niepert, Hardy's Brigade. Bob rides his Tennnessee Walking Horse, "P.J.". Although this Battalion is Confederate, it will galvanize whenever the need arises to help keep this period in America's history alive.
