Trunk or Treat was the first of what is hoped to become an annual event that grows consistently. Members of Journey Church decorated their trunks in the church parking lot and got ready to hand out candy to Trick or Treaters. Church members pitched in to bake, provide apple cider, cookies and lots of candy! There were even hot dogs wrapped in dough that were baked to make Mummy Dogs. My husband Jack and I had our train there to give rides to everyone. Even some of the pets were dressed out! It was open to the public and there were more kids and parents than anticipated.
